Coffee with soy milk and brown sugar (1 heaped tsp)
Organic Greek yogurt with raspberries and chopped banana
Vitamins from HUM nutrition (natural, pure, recommended by leading nutritionists):

Fresh ripe pineapple
Some Kellogg’s frozen cereal from the box

Focaccia bread sandwich with pesto, chicken and veggies
A large soy cappuccino
